It did for me, yes. Obviously it doesn’t work for everyone but if you go in with an open mind and you’re pretty relaxed, it should be fine. I have it for positive thought reinforcement.

Got another session of hypnotherapy in about an hour and a half. I can’t wait to see how dopey I will be after this session. Poor Jayk is coming to walk me back to mine and sit with me for a few hours. He’s also bringing his friend Ryan who is visiting. Who I have never met. That’s going to be a great first impression ¬_¬
